This Couzy Villa is equipped with the amenities for you to relax after a day at the park, shopping or just to relax. With a master bedroom and king size bed with private bathroom and a second room with two twin beds and a full size bathroom and open space kitchen, kitchen bar, dining room and living room, queen sofa bed and a cloth washer and dryer.

Access to the Villas club house that offers a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, and for those who like to get their workout done a small gym with sauna. A kids play area, tennis court, barbecue grill and picnic area. This lovely two bedroom condo is like being in the comfort of your own home with a touch of a resort style.

Kissimmee Old Town Fun Spot offers a car collectors parade every Friday and Saturday night and many souvenir shops, also if you are hungry right across from Old Town you will find the Visitors Flea Market that offers World Food Trucks located in the back parking area where you will find an immense variety of food to choose from. Another car show that is most see is located at Margarita Ville shop center with live music on the weekends.

Route 192 heading West you will find all Kissimmee shopping souvenirs venues, restaurants, flea markets and very close by our Villa if you feel like a Knight in armor and want to experience a sword fight The Medieval Times is close by, but if you feel like a gangster we suggest a night at Capone's dinner show only 5 minutes from the Villa. Another show that is a must is Pirates dinner adventure.

Don't worry! It's a rainy day! International Drive offers a large variety of indoor entertainment and restaurants, like Ripley's Believe or Not museum, Madame Tussauds museum, Arcades, Dave and Buster arcade and restaurant, Top Golf, Sea Life museum and so much more.

If you feel like a day at the beach heading east on Route 192 the nearest beach is located about 1:30hr way in Melbourne Florida and from Melbourne to Cocoa Beach is only 15 minutes away going North on route A1A.

For those who like to see live Gators. Gator land is only 9 miles away but if you like so fresh air and to see some gators in the same waters we suggest Kissimmee air boat rides where you will experience nature and wild life.

For those who like free sight seen or just a stroll in the park Kissimmee water front will be the right place, Disney boardwalk or Disney Springs there is always live entertainment for the family.

There is so much more to explore and build great memories with friends and family.

The location was easy to find and clean and close to the Disneyland parks, the neighborhood was very friendly. The swimming pool was great and there is an area for the kids. The parking area is more than enough Inside of the house everything is set up to spend nice days even if you whish to cook or wash your clothes. There is a large refrigerator which can be used to keep snacks for the trip There are some toys in the kids rooms which were very useful Thank you for everything.
